Antares Property & Hospitality is a locally based villa rental and concierge company on St. John, US Virgin Islands. From our Coral Bay home base, our hospitality team brings more than fifteen years of crafting Caribbean guest experiences and over fifty-eight combined years of expertise in residential design, construction, and property management — a depth of island knowledge that informs every stay we host.
What began as a carefully chosen handful of homes has grown into the Antares Collection: a curated portfolio of luxury vacation rental villas across St. John, each one selected for the way it makes a stay feel. Rather than sort properties by bedroom count alone, we organized them into five experiential collections — Waterfront, Adventure, Gatherings, Serene, and Luxe — so guests can find the villa that matches how they want to experience the island, not just how many people they're traveling with.
Every property in the Collection is managed personally by our team on St. John. We answer our cell phones, meet guests on arrival, coordinate provisioning, charters, and excursions, and stay reachable throughout the visit. Homeowners receive the same hands-on care: we know each villa intimately and protect its character with the same attention we'd give our own.
