Villa Circe

The upper-most level features a large open floor plan with the living room, TV, dining room, and kitchen — great for entertaining. Large sliding glass doors facing North and South allow fantastic trade winds to flow throughout the main room. The wraparound deck features outdoor furniture as well as a hot tub with BVI views.

Upstairs has three bedrooms, all with personal A/C. One King bedroom has its own bathroom; the other two King bedrooms share a bathroom with an outdoor shower. Each room has sliding glass doors leading out to the wraparound porch. The fourth bedroom is on the middle level and features a Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and A/C. A washer and dryer are located off this bedroom. The house is equipped with Tesla solar power in the event of an island outage.

Through the French doors leading into the main room on the middle level, you'll find two additional bedrooms and the game room — outfitted with everything you need to stay entertained, host a movie night, or play. A kitchenette features a full-size fridge, wet bar, and basic utensils. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the wraparound porch on this level, which has a pool table that converts into a ping-pong table, plus a dining table. Exercise equipment is available including yoga mats, resistance bands, and kettlebells. The two additional bedrooms feature King beds, A/C, and a shared bathroom (one King can be converted into two Twins upon request).
