The villa has a paved driveway. The front door opens to the Great Room: dining area with seating for 8, comfortable living room, and a separate media area, plus a gourmet kitchen with custom tile floor, granite counters, island seating, wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Feel like dining al fresco? The outdoor kitchen on the pool deck has everything you need — large BBQ, sink, fridge, and ice maker — plus an outdoor dining and lounge area for entertaining.

Outside the great room, a large deck overlooks the pool and the ocean with comfortable seating — a great place for a cocktail or morning coffee. The usually steady ocean breezes mean mosquitos are rarely a problem. If you're lucky enough to be here on a Thursday in season, take a short stroll down to Miss Lucy's for their famous open-mic night or listen to the music from your deck.

All four equal-size bedrooms have A/C, en-suite baths, private decks with seating areas, and large closets. Two upper bedrooms are accessed via closed breezeways from either side of the great room — a perfect setup for parents with younger children. The two lower, pool-level rooms are accessed via outdoor stairways. Bedrooms are arranged with a queen suite upstairs and downstairs, plus two XL twin (convertible to king) suites — one up and one down — ensuring privacy for all.
