Arrive to your private parking area and enter the gated garden with lighted walkways up to the villa. As you enter the lushly planted terrace area the infinity pool is immediately in front of you — a generous size with broad steps entering the shallow end where guests often sit soaking their feet while enjoying a cocktail. Swim to the deep end where an underwater bench gives you an up-close view of the protected Caribbean Sea.
The guest pod on your left has two queen bedrooms, "Garden" and "Sea," connected through a shared full bath. Both have walk-in closets. This pod was totally renovated in 2026 and enjoys new furniture, lighting, and top-quality bed and bath linens. Enjoy the modern art in every room from the owner's personal collection. A private outdoor seating area with a wicker sofa and lounge furniture sits off Sea.
The larger primary bedroom on the right has also been renovated this year, with lighting by Arteriors, furniture by Billy Baldwin and Palecek, and stunning art enhancing the view of the beach and the Caribbean. This queen bed enjoys a large walk-in closet, a private outdoor shower, and a secluded outdoor area with double chaise lounge — perfect for reading or napping.
The great room with its soaring ceiling and four sets of French doors includes a kitchen with Mahogany bar seating for four, Subzero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher and Miele gas cooktop and oven, custom Pyrolave countertop. A round Jonathan Adler / Palecek table seats four for dining or games. At the opposite end, a large built-in lounge area seats ten around a very large Bluestone coffee table, with an intimate TV room and half bath with laundry facilities just off.
Outside, Janus et Cie furniture includes a marble-top dining table with ample seating for six, plus a three-seater sofa with two oversized lounge chairs and coffee table close to the pool. Spindrift is set on approximately three and a half private acres, with 400 feet of water frontage and its own private rock-and-sand beach. Enjoy total independence and off-the-grid living with Tesla solar panels and Powerwalls, Starlink internet, and Dish Network provided.
